We are SONEC (Southern New England Comets) Lacrosse Club, offering elite training for girls in graduation years 2027–2033 and boys in graduation years 2029–2033.

As our athletes grow, our program will expand with them through high school, including support with the college recruiting process.

At SONEC, we prepare players to excel in high-level competitive play. Our mission is to develop well-rounded athletes who value sportsmanship, master fundamental skills, and build a lasting love for the game.

Our fall/winter clinics, practices, and rolling tryouts for boys (2029–2033) and girls (2027–2033) run every Sunday, November 2 through March 29 at Teamworks Seekonk (MA). Non-SONEC players are welcome—register for full sessions or drop-ins.

Welcome to SONEC. It’s time to challenge yourself.

The landscape of high school and college lacrosse has never been more competitive and we aim to provide the coaching to compete at the highest level with skills training, active game drills and exposure to the best players in each age group. We are also connected with many of the college coaches around the country and have established a network allowing us to guide our players to colleges that might be a good fit for all parties if they are considering being a collegiate student athlete.
